Industry standard zinc oxide filled silicone heat sink grease for most applications. Will not soften at elevated temperatures or dry out or harden.
A heat conductive material used to coat the bases of transistors, IC's CPU's and other semiconductors where they are connected to a heat sink. The silicone grease is heat conductive and will draw the heat away from the device thus allowing it to run cooler.
