The EBP-401 is an indoor infrared photoelectric device designed to provide with a reliable and pleasant annunciation of customers who are entering and exiting your business establishment. The complete kit provides for a quick and easy installation. A single red LED is provided for fast and easy alignment. The single detection technology utilized on the design eliminates the need for wiring a separate transmitter by using a reflector. The EBP-401 infrared receiver is virtually unaffected by room light, indirect sunlight, or other bright light sources. White clothing is also accurately detected by the infrared sensor, where other less sophisticated announces have reflection problems. The 4 high quality selectable chime sounds capability allows the user to install multiple systems in different areas on the premises, which is important in securing one employee businesses. This unit is similar to the model EBP-407C above but the single counter chime/counter module (not separate modules) can be located wirelessly up to 200 feet from the door. AC power is required for both the door sensors and the chime/counter module. Eight transmitters (4 per channel) can be used. That means you can have a transmitter on multiple doors. People are then counted and the receiver adds them together. See EWPT-202 below. Ideal for

The annunciator is also equipped with an Alert Mode which sounds the built-in siren when triggered, adding additional security. Features:
- The wireless receiver has a 6 digit easy viewing counter that will measure both the entry and exit traffic. It can be located up to 200 feet away (depending on obstructons) from the infrared sensor / transmitter.
- A push button door bell type transmitter (battery operated) is included which has a range up to 200 feet (depending on obstructions) to the receiver. The receiver chimes when pushed.
- Alert mode can be turned on to sound a warble sound when there is an intruder.
- A relay closure is available for triggering devices such as a video recorder.
- There is a 16 million security I.D. code built in so it doesn't intervere with an adjacent buildings with this same product.
- A beam blocked warning can be turned if you wish to be alerted of beam blockage.
