Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order." You will then be asked for a few details that we need to enable us to satisfy the order. Please make sure you give us your correct address. Any UPS corrected address fees charges will be charged to your card. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discovery cards. Shipping And Handling Items in stock and ordered before 11:00 AM Pacific time normally ships the same day. We will attempt to ship stock orders received after 11:00 AM. the same day, otherwise it will ship the next day. Items not in stock usually ship within 10 days. We primarily ship UPS. Shipping amount depends on the weight, quantity and the ship to location. Overnight (UPS Red Saver) , 2nd day (UPS Blue) and 3rd day (UPS Orange) shipping is available except for products that contain chemicals. Your total shipping charges can be viewed from the shopping cart. For international shipments, please contact us for shipping method and amount via email at sales@minute-man.com. We are not responsible for UPS address correction fees. If we receive an order with an incorrect delivery address and UPS charges us an address correction fee, that fee will be charged back to the credit card number provided with the order.

Delivery Schedule Items in stock will ship the same week day if placed before 2:00PM Pacifc Daylight Time. All other items will normally ship within 7-10 days.

Back Orders You will by notified by E-Mail if the items can not be shipped within 10 -14 days. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We ship back orders at no charge unless you are contacted otherwise.

Tax Charges Sales tax will be added to all orders with a ship to address of California. All other locations are shipped tax free. Tax exempt resellers must fax or mail a signed resale certificate with a valid resale number to our fax number: 530-271-0800 PRIOR to shipment.

Returns Policy Return: You may return merchandise to us for a refund within 30 days of puchase. We will refund your purchase amount less 15% restocking fee as long as the item includes the original packaging (if applicable) and the product is not used or abused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note: 1. You must take care of the goods while they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage or use. All original packaging should accompany the return. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package. All items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse. 2. That you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Cost of return will be at your expense. We recommend that you use a service that you can track such as UPS, Fed-X or trackable mail. 3. You are responsible for the shipping, packing and insurance back to us for exchanged items, and you will not incur any additional shipping cost to send the replacement back to you. 4. Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. 5. Return the goods to the address on the top of your invoice.
